Meet Fleur


Fleur has more than a decade of experience as a lawyer, working in a range of areas including administrative law, general litigation, bankruptcy, employment, debt recovery, crime, building and construction, and deceased estates. She has represented clients in a large number of commercial litigation matters across all Victorian and Federal Court jurisdictions, including the High Court. Other responsibilities include providing advice, preparing pleadings, and supervising and mentoring junior practitioners.

Fleur is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and the French Australian Lawyers Society. She enjoys horse riding, anything French, exercising, travelling, and playing guitar and piano.

Recent projects / Experience

Acted for WA’s largest Registered Training Organisation in a defamation/injurious falsehood action against former student placement agents in the Western Australian Supreme Court.

Acted for a small building company against a European republic in relation to the construction of a consulate in Melbourne’s inner east.

Successfully defended multiple decisions of the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) to cancel the registration of a large number of Registered Training Organisations in Victoria by having those decisions stayed or set aside before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
