Admitted to practice in 1999 and joining Danaher Moulton in September 2023 after 16 years at a top tier firm.

James has significant experience in major litigation in both the Supreme and Federal Courts. James has a proactive and energetic approach to dispute resolution and prides himself on providing advice that is strategic, practical and commercial. He has a broad litigation experience having litigated in all Victorian jurisdictions, as well as VCAT and the Commonwealth Courts.

With over two decades of experience in the legal industry, I have gained a deep understanding of the challenges that businesses face in today’s fast-paced and constantly evolving marketplace. My expertise allows me to provide effective and practical solutions to complex legal issues.
