The Danaher Moulton Engagement Process

Seven simple steps to achieve your goals

Engaging Danaher Moulton

Work with a lawyer that does more than give legal advice

It would be fair to say that for many people, the need to engage a lawyer is usually the product of a negative experience, bad outcome or an issue or problem needing resolution.

It’s something they do when they have a problem to solve and it’s something they wash their hands of once that problem is solved.

At Danaher Moulton, we strive to be so much more than one-off problem solvers for our clients.

We strive to provide our clients with proactive advice, strategies and solutions that lessen risk and maximise opportunity.

We are “unlawyer” like. And that’s just how we like it.

What if you could partner with a team of legal experts who make the whole process of engagement and fulfilment simple?

What if you could work with a lawyer who minimised your risk and maximised your opportunity?

What if you could work with a lawyer who added value and moved you to a better position than the one you were in when you arrived at their door?

This isnt pie-in-the-sky stuff.
This is what we do every day, week, month and year for our clients at Danaher Moulton.
How do we do this? Its simple. We are crystal clear to our clients in:

  1. What we will do and the outcome that we will achieve.
  2. When we will do it by.
  3. The cost to you of having it done.
  4. The value to you in implementing our strategies and solutions.

So, how does it work? Lets walk through it…
