Our Engagement Process acknowledges that one size does not fit all, that clients engage in different ways and that our role is to serve our clients.

The days of clients waiting for their ‘lawyer to get to their matter’ are gone. We know that and work in partnership with our clients to achieve their goals.

At Danaher Moulton, we place a premium on ensuring our clients are informed throughout their engagement/s with us and are satisfied with the quality of our work.

To that end, throughout all the steps of our engagement with you, you can expect our team to provide weekly updates on the progress of your matter.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the communication or quality of work provided, you can:

  • call any of our senior lawyers: Dennis Danaher, Stephen Moulton or Peter Saunders to discuss;
  • request a reduction in our legal fees of up to 10% of the value of the work;

If we don’t meet your expectations, you can:

  • Complete our Questionnaire and rank our performance
  • If we don’t meet your expectations, we want you to tell us about it.

Charter of Engagement

We have a Charter of Engagement which is conduct that you can expect from each member of the Danaher Moulton team.

If ever you feel that we are not complying with our Charter of Engagement we request that you call or email one of our senior lawyers, Dennis, Stephen or Peter to discuss your concerns.

From there we will review your matter urgently and if appropriate re-allocate resources to your matter to ensure our Charter of Engagement is honoured.

If the circumstances warrant, we will also reduce our legal fees by an amount up to 10%.
