Tim is a Special Counsel in the Dispute Resolution team and provides advice on a wide range of commercial disputes. Tim has extensive experience with complex litigation, having represented clients in the High Court of Australia, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Victoria, Supreme Court of Queensland and Supreme Court of Western Australia. Tim appreciates the burden that complex litigation has on his clients, and is focused on bringing a commercially sensible, outcome-oriented approach to litigation.

Extra work / interests
Tim is a member of the Victoria Racing Club and is a passionate Carlton supporter. He enjoys cooking, live music, playing guitar and travelling. In November 2021, Tim rode his bike from Mildura to Melbourne in the Silver Lining Ride to raise funds for research into an early detection test for ovarian cancer.
