Ronald has significant experience previously being a partner at Serry White & Co Solicitors focusing on commercial and residential property transactions. Ronald has been involved in property transactions totalling in excess of $2.5 billion including residential, commercial and industrial. Ronald’s philosophy is to be thorough and noting that the devil is in the detail, what’s in the contract, and importantly what’s not.
Ronald’s experience led him to work with one of Melbourne’s renowned property developers, Ezriel Rabinowicz and together they listed the Rabinov Property Trust on the ASX of which Ronald was the Managing Director.

- Solicitor in the negotiation for the sale of 19 shopping centres to Macquarie Bank
- Lead Solicitor in the negotiation for the sale of Rabinowicz Property Portfolio to GE Property for $119 million
- Forming Rabinov Property Trust (as solicitor and Managing Director)
- Listing Rabinov Property Trust on the ASX
- Solicitor for the negotiation of the then-largest industrial purchase in Queensland
- Negotiating the purchase of GE headquarters in Burnley, the largest suburban office transaction of the time
- Negotiating the sale of the management rights of Rabinov Property Trust to ANZ
- Negotiating the purchase of the management rights of above back from ANZ
- Solicitor for the negotiation of the purchase of land and agreement to lease to Toll Limited, the resulting sale netting a 33% return to investors
- Founded Chinese-based consultancy firm, Ronald Serry Australia Property
- Entered into a co-operation agreement with the Chinese Government-owned digital real estate platform, ANJUKE Ltd
