Simon is a partner in the corporate advisory & M&A team.
He has extensive experience in commercial matters involving technology and intellectual property assets.
Simon is a trusted advisor to clients across a number of industry sectors, with particular focus on transactions relating to:
- Health (medical, pharmacy, dental);
- Retail (including multi-national franchises); and
- IT.
His experience as a former commercial IP barrister provides him with a unique view on front-end commercial advice, drafting and strategy. He has a particular interest in structuring transactions, advice work and intellectual property/technology matters.
