Sarah is an Associate in our Wills and Estates Team.
Before to joining Danaher Moulton, Sarah previously worked for boutique law firms, both in the Melbourne CBD and in suburban practice, with a focus on estate planning, administration of deceased estates and estate litigation.
Sarah approaches each matter in a practical, compassionate and friendly way, working closely with clients to understand their family situation and current and future needs.

- Estate Planning including preparation of Wills (including Testamentary Trust Wills), Powers of Attorney, Appointment of Medical Treatment Decision Makers and Binding Death Benefit Nominations
- Succession Planning for families with complex financial situations and trust structures including preparation of supplementary deeds for family trusts to secure succession.
- Preparation of Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration, including complex applications
