Nicole is a Special Counsel at Danaher Moulton with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. She brings a practical, client-focused approach to managing complex litigation and advising clients across a range of industries.

Before joining Danaher Moulton, Nicole was a Partner at a boutique firm, where she built a strong reputation for delivering tailored legal solutions and providing straightforward, workable advice. Her unique background includes early career roles in the criminal justice system, and later as a barrister’s clerk.

Nicole’s depth of experience and pragmatic approach ensure clients receive responsive and effective advice aligned with their business objectives.

Legal area of expertise
  • General commercial including contract interpretation and advice, injunctions, negligence and trespass, insurance disputes, defamation and copyright;
  • Corporate disputes including director duties shareholder oppression and disputes, corporate insolvency, ASIC examinations;
  • Consumer Law including misleading and deceptive conduct, unfair contract terms, misrepresentation, consumer guarantees;
  • Property law including adverse possession, prescriptive easements, Retail Leasing disputes, compulsory acquisition, Fences Act, Transfer of Land Act, Sale of Land Act matters;
  • Domestic Building including defective building warranty claims, protection works, quantum meruit, repudiation & termination, BCISOP matters;
  • Wills and Estates disputes including TFM claims, guardianship and administration of estates.

Outside of work Nicole enjoys spending time with her four children or eating and travelling with her partner.
