Daniele is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution team.
Daniele specialises in commercial litigation and insolvency with a particular emphasis on fraud, regulatory compliance and breaches of the Corporations Act.
Daniele has experience in running large scale litigation and often acts for clients seeking urgent relief from the Court, including obtaining freezing orders or other injunctive relief. She regularly represents clients in both pre-litigation and court ordered mediations.
Daniele’s commercial litigation practice involves a broad range of commercial disputes, including breaches of contract, property and leasing disputes and shareholder oppression actions.
Daniele regularly advises insolvency practitioners in all aspects of voluntary administrations, receiverships and liquidations, including issuing and defending court proceedings.

Significant transactions
- Acted for an insurance company in relation to the misappropriation of $17
million by its employee including obtaining Anton Piller orders, freezing orders
and recovering assets. - Acted for the liquidators of the Berndale Group of companies including
conducting public examinations and issuing other recovery proceedings. - Acted as an independent solicitor to supervise the service and execution of
Anton Piller orders. - Advising in regulatory investigations and civil penalty prosecutions in the
commercial and financial services industry.
