Bianca is a Special Counsel in our Wills and Estates team and is a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. Bianca has over 15 years experience working in boutique practices and has a particular interest in complex estate planning, and the administration of complicated estates. She works with young families, high net wealth individuals/families and people with sensitive or complicated personal/financial circumstances. Bianca is known for her kindness, patience, and ability to explain difficult legal concepts in plain English. Her empathetic and pragmatic approach enables her to comfort and support clients in their time of need, and when making difficult life decisions.

- Complex Estate Planning and Succession Planning including preparation of Wills (including Testamentary Trust Wills ), Powers of Attorney, Medical Treatment Decision Makers, Binding Death Benefit Nominations
- Acting for Executors / Administrators in applying for Grants of Representation (Probate, Letters of Administration and complex applications (copy wills))
- Estate Administration – collection, realisation, distribution, Deeds of Family Arrangement, dealing with foreign executors and beneficiaries, assisting beneficiaries whose inheritance has been delayed
- Part IV Applications (Testators Family Maintenance Claims) – plaintiff/defendant
- Executors Commission
- Power of Attorney disputes

Outside of work Bianca enjoys cooking up a storm, indulging in Melbourne’s culinary delights and creating lifelong memories with her husband and young daughters.
