Danaher Moulton has recently advised on the successful completion of the recent management buyout (MBO) of CIP Constructions, a national construction company, from ESR Group. The MBO was led by Mark Hendry, Director of Construction. Founded in 2006 CIP Constructions has established itself as market leader in the construction of commercial and industrial facilities across capital and regional areas throughout Australia. Working alongside View Advisory (James Garde), Stephen Moulton (Chairman) and Marcia Vlahovic (Special Counsel) advised the management team throughout the deal process.
