Danaher Moulton has advised the sellers of one of Victoria’s oldest family-owned specialist appliance retailers, E&S Trading, on the sale of a majority stake to JB Hi-Fi Limited (ASX:JBH).
E&S Trading, which trades under the e&s brand, operates 9 showrooms in Victoria selling kitchen, bathroom and laundry appliances.
Commenting on the transaction, Managing Director, Rob Sinclair who will continue to lead the business following the transaction said, “this partnership will allow us to expand our reach and continue delivering exceptional service and top-notch products to our valued customers”.
Danaher Moulton was instructed by e&s Chairman Craig Hart, who negotiated the transaction and delivered the corporate advisory services.
Corporate Partners Steven Wambeek and Matthew Burge led the Danaher Moulton team with support from Edward Smith, Senior Associate and Nicholas von Schoenberg, Lawyer.
