Andrew Power

Partner

Property / Private Clients

Andrew Power is a Partner in Danaher Moulton’s Property team. For almost 15 years, he has advised private clients, property developers and businesses across a wide range of commercial and residential property matters.

Andrew plays a hands-on role in complex site acquisitions and disposals, development transactions and compulsory acquisition projects across Victoria.

He is known for a sharp, commercial approach—focusing on outcomes that reflect the practical realities of a deal, not just the legal theory. Clients value his ability to communicate clearly with everyone involved in a matter.

Andrew’s Compulsory Acquisition expertise—and the specialist relationships he has built across that industry for over a decade—are a particular point of difference, allowing him to coordinate the right advisers early and drive a clear strategy through to resolution.
