Howard has decades of experience acting for individuals and businesses in wills & estates, property and leasing matters. He was the partner in charge of Septimus Jones and Lee prior to merging with Danaher Moulton.
He has a keen interest in his clients and their family’s welfare. With a preference for plain language and a patient approach to answering clients’ queries. He strives to obtain a proper and reasonable solution for his client’s legal disputes and problems.

- Preparation of Wills both simple and more complicated, including testamentary trusts
- Preparation of Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Medical Decision Makers
- Preparation of Binding Death Nominations for both self-managed superannuation funds and commercial superannuation funds
- Applications for Probate and Letters of Administration
- Estate administration including the collection and realisation of assets and distribution of assets by appropriation including Deeds of Family Arrangement
- The prosecution of Family Provision Claims (formerly known as Testator’s Family Maintenance Claims) on behalf of “disappointed beneficiaries” or the defence of such applications on behalf of the estate.
- Application to Victorian Civil Appeals Tribunal for the appointment of administrators or guardians.
