Property and Development

Elizabeth has over 20 years’ experience in Property Law, working with clients including public national residential developers, industrial and commercial developers,  and private land holders. Elizabeth works closely with her clients to understand their priorities and goals, including those outside the parameters of the projects she is consulted on, and provides tailored assistance and advice as required.

Elizabeth has advised major developers in relation to all aspects of large scale residential developments, from due diligence on acquisition to sale of individual vacant land, and medium and high density lots.  Her experience extends to all kinds of development,  including commercial,  industrial and mixed-use projects, and acting for clients with all levels of experience in development as well as social housing providers.  Elizabeth also has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, including acting for shopping centre landlords and large supermarket tenants.

Elizabeth can assist with all kinds of property transactions and applications, including adverse possession applications, easements, restrictions, subdivisions and consolidations of title, and agreements under the Planning and Environment Act 1987.
