Recent projects / Experience

Successfully negotiated a sensitive high value acquisition on behalf of a social housing provider over a number of months during the difficult COVID-19 period to provide my client with a minimal risk contract, enabling them to provide more much needed social housing to the Victorian community.

Managed a $30m sale over a period of 14 days from start to finish in order to accommodate a purchaser with a very tight time frame for completion. The Vendor was elated with the sale price, which was conditional upon him being able to settle quickly.

Negotiated a complex licence agreement for a developer client with their neighbouring (and competitor) developer to enable my client to take the benefit of infrastructure works being constructed at the cost of their neighbour, while protecting my client’s ability to develop according to their intended schedule and limiting their potential risk.
