He also has experience in a range of other legal firms of different sizes, as well as having been an in-house Counsel and Chartered Secretary Consultant for a Software House. Recent projects / Experience

Acting for a contractor against a builder. Substantial recovery of debt by advocating and negotiating the client’s position without having to initiate legal proceedings at Court, which offered a commercial outcome with minimal legal costs.

Representing a builder to review and revamp their insurance claim tendering process, and terms and conditions to ensure that they minimise their exposure to risks and liability.

Acting for a not-for-profit semi-government agency to minimise exposure to risk against a software house. Ensuring continuity of access to source code for client use by way of protection under an escrow agreement.
