Danaher Moulton has recently advised high-end bathroom and kitchen hardware retailer, Rogers Seller & Myhill, in the successful sale of its business (conducted under the name Rogerseller) and assets to Winning Appliances, popularly known for running the website www.appliancesonline.com.au. The Rogerseller business was founded in 1895 and as a result of the successful transaction, now joins another century-old business, in Winning Appliances. Working alongside Pitcher Partners (Michael Sonego), Stephen Moulton (Chairman) and Ned Puddy (Lawyer) advised Rogers Seller & Myhill throughout the deal process. With employees and showrooms in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria, the transaction had a number of moving parts.
